Preparing for the Spring

Decan Walk 2026

There is lore around the white dog in liminal spaces. A guide for those souls who are wandering in shadow places, like the dream state, a white dog stewards us to enlightened corners. When you see the white dog, know that you’re not alone on this path.

The White Dog will be one of the omens that I follow on my Decan Walk in 2026. And so it makes sense for this publication to focus on this image on The Fool card. I’ll be writing more about Decans, Decan walks, omens, animal guides, dreams etc…as we get closer to the Spring Equinox. Until then, I’m drawing my plans in the sand to establish my play area.
